A Weekend Affair at Hotel Californian

Set against the bold Moorish interiors and Spanish Colonial architecture of Hotel Californian, Callais and Dylan Goodman’s wedding weekend was equal parts elevated and effortless. Guests arrived in all white for a welcome party filled with margaritas, tacos, and golden Santa Barbara light before the celebration shifted into a more formal — yet intentionally non-traditional — wedding day. Instead of a seated reception, the couple hosted a cocktail-style evening at Blackbird, the hotel’s moody, vibey bar, where conversation, cocktails, and dancing carried the night.
